Honda Scoopy Flower and Batik




Works of art can be found anywhere and can be created with various media including the motor. This is evident in 6 units of Honda Scoopy is a medium for 6 artists to work.

Honda main dealers in Jakarta, PT Wahana Makmur Sejati (WMS) to start the exhibition Honda Scoopy it until next Sunday (08/05/2011) at the Jakarta Art District, Lower Ground Floor, Grand Indonesia East Mall.

In this exhibition titled ScoopArt, 6 units of Honda Scoopy Sutawijaya Putu's work (Winning to Fly), Jumaldi Alfi (Renewal), Bunga Jeruk (Tiger in Green), Yusra Martunus (1015 Envelope Series), Yunizar (Flower) and Radi Arwinda (Scoopet) are shown.

In this exhibition looks Scoopy body that became a substitute canvas painting media. In this retro bike body sticking a variety of motives ranging from flowers to motifs such as batik.

"When I contacted the WMS and offered to paint Scoopy, honestly I felt challenged to do so. Not only is it unusual media paintings, works of this kind in Indonesia has never been done before," said artist Jumaldi Alfi in the detikOto release received on Friday (6 / 5 / 2011).

WMS want to prove that the Honda Scoopy is not a mere transportation appliance.

"Honda Scoopy very unique design and have a high art that can provide inspiration to become a medium for six of Indonesia's leading contemporary artists pour their artwork," said Director of WMS Robbyanto Budiman

In this project the artists were given complete freedom for creativity and explore according to his imagination to get a flavor motor art.

"We hope for broader-scale exhibition can be used as inspiration for the art society to always look for alternative media in the development of art,"
